It has been brought to my attention that some people think that being fly means wearing expensive clothes, and following all the hip trends of what’s in and what’s not.
I mean, I guess you can be fly by doing those things, just be aware that u have no style. You have yet to develop a style of your own, essentially all you’re doing is spending vast amounts of money to look like everyone else. What you have is fashion, not style; there is a BIG difference. Style is about individuality, expressing your personality through your manner of dress, and the subtle intricacies of each outfit and accessory. It is not something that can be cut and pasted.

Show me someone in a $1,000+ outfit that looks stunning, and i’ll show you someone in homemade clothes, and thrifted goods, who looks even BETTER.
